I wanted to reach out and give my experience dealing with Dallas Indian. It was one of the best dealings I have ever had with a dealership ever. Matt, Nick, Tayo, Marci, Yeager, and Jeff was great dealing with and helping me get the best deal, making sure that everything was perfect, answered all my questions, and helped to make sure that my experience was top notch. I live 7 hours away and called about a bike I seen on Cycle Trader on a Wednesday and was able to find out that I could get the bike before I drove down to the dealership. I drove down Friday night and was at the dealership Saturday afternoon and had all the paperwork,some accessories added to the bike, and was on my way back home on my newly purchased bike that Saturday evening. I will definitely will be back because of the way they went out of their way to make sure that I was happy, made sure that I got the best deal on the bike and accessory i purchased. Plus they made me feel like family and not just another sale like some places I have been to before and I will defiantly be back.

Not enough good things to say about Dallas Indian Motorcycles, everyone at this dealership cares about the customer experience. Jeff, Aaron, and Marcie in parts are just about the nicest people you can meet and I love coming in to buy stuff from them and chatting with them. Bruce hands down is the best salesman I have ever worked with. He makes it a point to check in on me every so often to make sure I have everything I need and any questions I have are being answered. Matt the GM is exceptional and you can tell his team loves working for him. He runs a great shop and offers an amazing no BS buying experience. Tayo over in finance took care of me not once but twice when I bought my motorcycles. I tell everyone I meet that if they are in the market for a motorcycle to check out Dallas Indian.

What I thought was going to be just window shopping turned into purchasing an Indian Roadmaster. The ENTIRE staff was great and knowledgeable. I arrived and Bill Connelly was friendly and very helpful (not hoovering). He encouraged me to test ride and get a feel of what was for me. Yeagar, one of the mechanics, knows the ends and outs of the motorcycles. When I decided to purchase, I contacted my credit union. Chris, the finance mgr, was able to get me a better loan percentage rate; not to mention the warranty and insurance they offer. All in all, it was one of the best experiences when making a big purchase. No buyer's remorse here!

The entire Dallas Team was very helpful. No hoovering. But available for any questions. Bruce Donnelly was my salesperson. Yeager, the mechanic, introduced himself, and gave specs on bike. Chris was able to get me a better loan than my credit union.
